Perhaps in the spirit of giving (or buying, depending how you look at it), stars viewed domestic luxury brand MCM’s Spring/Summer Bag Collection at the Shilla Hotel. Spotted at the event were stars Eugene, Park Ji-yoon, Choi Yeo-jin, and Huh Eui-jae.
Eugene looked cute as a button in her cozy-casual get-up. A plaid jacket and a chunky knit scarf fit the winter season though I’m not too sure about the bag selection. It’s a luxury brand and yet the design seems too commonplace.
Park Ji-yoon is dressed in somber black. I know it’s supposed to be stylish but it makes it seem like she’s going to a funeral or a screening of Hayao Miyazaki’s Grave of the Fireflies (one of the most depressing films ever). Considering that it’s supposed to be an event about bags, she doesn’t seem to eager to show hers.
Choi Yeo-jin perfectly coordinates all her accessories with the same metal (read: silver). While the silver clutch, pumps, and cuff are fierce, her dress seems too baggy for her slender frame.
Huh Eui-jae creates a tough yet feminin look with her gorgeous biker jacket and flowy dress. Her lace-up boots with harness detail are amazing. Her patent bag somehow echoes the hardware detail found in her outfit.
