Q: Do you exercise on a regular basis?
A: I always try for keep in shape as an actress!
Q: But I am sure everyone knows doing exercise on a regular basis is very difficult, right?
A: “Fun” is the most critical fact when you work out.
Q: If you don’t have fun with what you doing currently, then chances are you will soon get exhausted.
A: It is my motto! Doing exercise while having fun with it. It is important.
Q: What is your favorite exercise? What type of exercise you do?
A: Jog with my dog! It is pleasant to walk around the neighbor with my dog in the morning or evening. I would say it is the best exercise you can do while you having fun!
Q: How was your commercial making for Reebok today? Was it too hard for you to accomplish several fitness position such as high jumping?
A: Luckily, I am not a fitness model (smile). But I used to play trampoline that requires jumping skill in my childhood. I grew up and had fun with it. Although the commercial scene has nothing to do with jumping on the trampoline, I can still use some of those jumping skills. Overall, it was fun commercial making.
Q: How was Reebok fitness outfit you wore for today’s commercial making?
A: I like to wear fashionable outfit even when I work out because I am an actress after all. When the fitness suit is gone far beyond fashionable, normally it is too tight for the body or sometimes gives too much discomfort. But Reebok fitness product is different. It was very comfortable and fashionable at the same time. It satisfied both comfort and style. On top of all, the design is pretty. I love it(smile)!
